Harrogate & District Community Action is a registered charity specialising in providing information, resources and support for staff and volunteers working in the Voluntary Sector.Our events bring people together to learn and share ideas to help  stregthen volunteering and improve services for local people.

HADCA

The Connecting Ripon Network is open to any voluntary or community organisation delivering services within Ripon City and the surrounding villages.  Meetings are held quarterly and members take it in turn to host. HARCVS (Harrogate & Ripon Centres for Voluntary Service) facilitate the meetings. 
The agenda comprises topics of mutual interest to local organisations. Meetings focus on opportunities to increase awareness of the role and value of the local voluntary sector and to promote volunteering . Opportunities for working together for the benefit of the community are shared.  
Meetings are free to attend however booking is essential so we know how many people to expect on the day. Please let us know if you are planning to attend by booking your place.  If you have never been to a Network meeting before and have a query please phone HARCVS on 01423 504074.
