Where is this event taking place? And why is the meet up point listed and not the actual venue?

This event is happening in an outdoors spot in  Mayfair/Green Park, in Central London. The exact venue/location will be disclosed on the day to attendees who show up at the meet up point as this is how this group's events are run. This is to create a sense of mystery/anticipation for all who attend.

What do I bring with me on the day?

Please bring your ticket for the event . (In the event that the event is rescheduled the original ticket with the original date is valid).Read above for details of what to bring on the day.

Will there be a guaranteed even mix of men and women at this event?

Accepted Answer

No guarantees can be given that there will be an even mix of men and women. Connected Exclusive Events has no control over who RSVPs and shows up on the day. In rare cases where the RSVP rates are too low to run the event, the event will be rescheduled, and attendees notified of the new date.

Can I bring someone else/a friend with me?

Yes of course, just ensure that a plus one(or however many people you are bringing with you) is added and paid for  when you RSVP.

What is the dress code for this event?

Accepted Answer

Casual/Outdoors: Bring comfortable loose clothes/footwear to be outdoors.

Is this event being run by a trauma informed therapist or medical/therapy specialist?

Accepted Answer

No. This event is being offered as an additional self help resource to help attendees  already getting help elsewhere for their trauma. It is a way to help anyone connect and heal within  a community setting.

Who will be running this event?

This event is being run by the host/organizer of Connected Exclusive Events, Lou who is a Mastery Facilitator and passionate about  connecting people. You can read more about Lou/Connected Exclusive Events  in the About section.

Question 8

How do I find the group on the day?

Accepted Answer

The host will be at the designated meet up location(see photo) with a pink or orange lanyard/card. Attendees will get an email after RSVPs  close with last minute details like phone number etc..Ensure you arrive no later than 10 mins after event start time  as you will not be able to join in after.

Question 9

If I need to get hold of  the organizer/host on the day of the event, how do  I do that?

Accepted Answer

All attendees will get the contact number to be used only on the day to contact the host 10 minutes before and after the start of the event. Please call as texts will not get replies. Do not contact outside these times or send emails as host will not be able to respond due to running of events.

I am going to be late and will likely not be on time for the Meet and Greet. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Call the host 10 mins before the event starts or 10 mins after the start of the event to advise as it is not always possible to join once the group leaves for the venue. Text messages and emails will not  be responded to on the day as the host is running events. Please make sure to be on time.

Question 11

I have RSVPd, but something  last minute has come up  and  I cannot attend, what do I do?

Accepted Answer

Please let the host know as this means a better experience can be curated for those that do turn up on the day. If you're not sure of your availability please RSVP  nearer the time before RSVPs close, or  attend as a cash on the day attendee, and just pay on the day(subject to availability).

What happens if the event cannot be run  due to unexpected adverse weather conditions?

Accepted Answer

As this is an outdoor event and the weather cannot be guaranteed, should the weather turn untenable, the event will be rescheduled. For those that cannot attend the rescheduled event they can choose to attend  any other event. Refunds will not be issued unless the event is cancelled completely.

Is there parking available and easy access to public transport to the event location?

Is there anything else I need to know?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Connected Exclusive Events offers a satisfaction guarantee: in the rare event that an event has a good RSVP rate but a low turn out rate of attendees on the day and those that show up choose not to continue with the event  all those attendees can  attend another event for free!

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are not given under any circumstance, unless the event needs to be cancelled completely. Refunds are not given for no shows, late arrivals,if  you're not happy with the event, who and how many people showed up or if the events needs to be rescheduled due to cancellations or low RSVP numbers.
