Connection in all its Forms
Sketch & Social is a monthly meet-up for creatives in and around Cambridge, getting together to draw something different.
Join us for Sketch & Social, our monthly creative meet-up in and around Cambridge, as we celebrate February—the month of love—by exploring connections in all their forms!
Connections can be everywhere: between people, within communities, in nature, with places, objects, or even abstract ideas. This session is about noticing and expressing the many ways things are linked, joined, or interacting.
February is a month of warmth, relationships, and community—what better way to celebrate than by sketching the connections that inspire you? Whether it’s friendships, family, favourite spots in Cambridge, or patterns and ideas, the choice is yours!
✨ What to expect:
- Draw anything that represents connections in your own way.
- Experiment with overlapping forms, interacting figures, or abstract relationships—there are no rules!
- No prior art experience needed—just a sketchbook, drawing tools, and an open mind.
🖌️ The session will be hosted by Will and Emily.
Come sketch, socialise, and embrace the month of love by exploring connections! 💫
At the end of the meet-up, we share photos of all sketches on Instagram—so follow us to see yours! 📸 @sketchandsocial
