This is a monthly workshop in a peaceful, space to connect with your creativity, have fun and make new friends.
Clay is a very meditative and theraputic medium to work with and it has been proven to reduce stress and tension.
When we focus on working with our hands our mind becomes quietened and we can come into an enjoyable state of flow...
Come and explore your connection to clay and make your own unique finished ceramic artwork, based around a simple theme. This will be different with every workshop.
This month the theme is Peace.
We will make a beautiful Tea Light Holder, connecting with our hearts and what the idea of peace means to us as we form the clay...and then piercing holes to allow the light of peace and love to ray out.
You will be shown how to make your own unique piece using a simple hand building technique that is suitable for all levels. No experience is necessary.
This is a space to feel into the clay and find your own mode of expression within it.
Your creation will be fired and ready to collect in two weeks.
I’m Barbara and I am an artist and a healer. I have many years of experience in teaching pottery alongside similar amount of time spent in spiritual development. I am excited to bring these two aspects together in these new sessions for 2025.
I run these workshops from my home where I have a studio and a healing space. My own ceramics will be available to view and purchase and a selection of crystals too.
If you would you like to to discover explore your own unique creative expression in a relaxed environment and see the joy it brings, then these workshops are for you.
There will be up to six people per workshop.
Creativity invites us to go within and express from our soul, and craft is a wonderful way to become present in the moment.
Working with clay is a great way to meet others and make new friends too! It is a big part of my mission to bring people together in community.
Please message me directly if you have any questions or concerns.
I look forward to meeting and creating with you soon!
With love,
