Join us for our free monthly café in Chingford open to our community, including people living with dementia, their families and carers.
The café takes place on the second Monday of every month, from 11am - 12 noon.
Each month brings something different – from live singers to activities and games – in a warm, relaxed environment.
Enjoy tea, coffee and cake while sharing meaningful moments, making connections, and forming new friendships over good conversation.
