Learn life changing Breathwork at this all-new beginner’s workshop including a 50-minute-deep dive, fully facilitated Conscious Connected Breathwork session. Did you know a disrupted nervous system creates a dysfunctional breathing pattern, and they are big players in the amount stress and anxiety we experience daily? Combined, they create a lot of what we feel in ourselves as &#x27;uncomfortable&#x27; sensations – stress, fear, anxiety, overwhelm etc so learning how to reset the nervous system and bring your breathing back into a functional healthy pattern, can be life changing.Conscious Connect Breathwork and Nervous System regulation is something we can all tap into; we just need the right guidance and tools. Learn how to embody the power of change with this unique trauma informed approach to breathwork and body work.Why should you attend? In this unique 2-hour workshop I’ll be teaching you how the breath, body and the nervous system are all connected and together they hold on to and trap our past emotional data, repressed memories and emotional trauma and keep us in old habits loops which no matter how much you try and talk yourself into changing, you just can’t seem to make it last. Because our issues are stored in the body and NOT the mind (who knew?) and unless we learn to access the body at a really deep level nothing will change - and breathwork is the key to getting you there. Learning how to read and process old data stored within the body or at least how to delete old unused data, is vital to our mental health - if we don&#x27;t, over time it will disable our ability to even read the data at all. We dissociate from ‘feeling’ altogether. The trapped emotions (data) become stagnant and can end up blocking so many areas of our life, our sub-conscious mind runs the show instead of our conscious more aware state of mind. With Trauma Informed Breathwork you really can breathe yourself free. Breathwork helps us understand not only our blocks in life, but ourselves and our past from a totally different perspective. Understand more about somatics and reconnect with your intuition, rebuild the connection to your body’s wisdom and higher intelligence, creating better self-awareness and a deeper relationship with your own self healing ability.
