Serafina is the founder of Huminga Breathwork, a passionate wellness and holistic yoga practitioner. Specialising in Holosomatic Breath Therapy, she helps individuals integrate breathwork and movement into their lives to achieve inner harmony and self-awareness. With a background in Yin Yoga, Serafina combines slow, mindful movement with deep breathing techniques and sound to restore energy, foster mindfulness, and promote relaxation. She’s currently expanding her expertise in energy therapy to further support healing, alignment, and personal growth.

Can i attend if i am pregant?

No, this breathwork practice includes intense breathing practice. I would recommend a more relaxing breathwork for expecting mothers.

How do i prepare for the session?

✨Avoid eating a large meal before the session.✨Wear comfortable clothing and bring warm clothing like a jumper or sweater.✨Please join the session on time, or ideally 10 minutes early, to receive instructions on the techniques we'll be using.✨You may bring water

What else should i know?

Please do not participate in breathwork sessions (apart from relaxing breathwork) if you have the following contraindications. Which include various health issues such as pregnancy, asthma, and heart problems. Details are outlined in an email a few days before the event.
