What is Conscious Breathwork?

Conscious Breath is a specific Breathwork technique that we use to connect with our highest, truest, wisest, and kindest self. We use it to shine a light on those parts of us which may be hidden or that we may have forgotten.

Is it safe for anyone?

Accepted Answer

There are some contraindications to consider as this type of breath changes the chemistry of your blood, specifically the balance of oxygen and carbon dioxide, however this is not exclusive, there are modifications we can make if you have any health considerations.

What are the contraindications?

Accepted Answer

The early stages of pregnancy or if you have an unstable pregnancy
Schizophrenia, bipolar, or if you're taking anti-psychotic medications
Epilepsy or a history of seizures
Heart conditions, extremes of blood pressure, strokes or aneurysm (heart or brain)
Glaucoma
Recent abdominal surgery

Is it a specific Breathwork technique?

Accepted Answer

Conscious Connected Breath is a particular technique which we will demonstrate to you in the session, however there are modifications that can be made if you are not comfortable. At all times you are in control of your experience and well being.
