Time to stretch, hydrate, use the bathroom, and reset.
🌙 14:45 — Body Scan
A slow descent into the body, releasing tension and opening awareness.
🔥 14:55 — Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey (55 minutes)
Guided breathwork to music, moving through different ways of connecting the breath, supported throughout with gentle cues and pacing.
🌊 15:50 — Integration & Deep Rest
A spacious landing phase to allow the body and mind to absorb the experience.
🍵 16:10 — Sharing Circle & Tea Together
Optional sharing, grounding conversation, and time to reconnect before closing.
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful technique that links the inhale and exhale without pauses. This continuous rhythm nurtures self‑awareness and can support emotional release, healing, connection, and profound relaxation. It may also open the door to expanded states of consciousness.
Every journey is unique. Each time you breathe in this way, your body and breath will offer exactly what you need in that moment.
Carli will guide you through the session, holding a safe, supportive, and trauma‑informed space throughout. The workshop will last around 2.5 hours. After the breathwork, there will be time to speak, journal, or draw—so feel free to bring a notebook and any pens or pencils you enjoy using.
Contraindications
Conscious Connected Breathwork is not recommended for individuals with:
• Epilepsy
• Heart conditions
• Glaucoma or detached retina
• Extremes of blood pressure
• History of strokes or aneurysm
• Bipolar disorder, psychosis, or schizophrenia
• Recent abdominal surgery
• Early or delicate pregnancy
If any of these apply, an alternative, gentler breath can be offered. Waivers will be sent out prior to the event.
It is advised not to eat a heavy meal 2 hours before the event.
Do not attend under the influence of substances.
