Conscious Connected Breathwork is a transformational technique that uses the power of circular breathing to release tension, boost energy, and reconnect you with your true self.During a session, we will breathe to a curated playlist, gently unravelling the knots in your nervous system and creating space for renewal.Each session will allow you to let go, find your inner peace and embrace the wholeness that comes from healing.Your guide, Ramon, is a breathwork teacher, Reiki practitioner, and performance coach who helps you unlock your healing potential. For the Session:<ul><li>Wear loose comfortable clothing, or something you would wear to an exercise or yoga class.</li><li>Avoid eating 2 hours before the session.</li><li>Refrain from alcohol the day of the session.</li></ul>Please note:Breathwork is a safe, yet at times intense practise and is only recommended for individuals aged 18 and older. It is not suitable for pregnant women and certain medical conditions. The following conditions are contraindicated: cardiovascular disorders, convulsive disorders or epilepsy, recent injuries or surgeries, severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), history of aneurysms, glaucoma, detached retina, osteoporosis, lung, heart, or spinal issues, severe diabetes and severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.By signing up you confirm that you have read and understood the information above.
