conscious connected breathwork - presence

conscious connected breathwork - presence

The Wellbeing HubBridgeton, Greater London
Overview

A guided breathwork journey into witnessing—no fixing, no forcing. Just presence with whatever arises. All levels welcome.

The mind loves to wander—back into what's already happened, forward into what might. This session is an invitation to land here, in the only moment that's actually real.

Using conscious connected breathing, we'll work with the rhythm of inhale and exhale to anchor into the body and the present. The practice is simple: when attention drifts, we notice, and we return. Not through force but through gentleness.

What to Expect

You'll lie down and be guided through a continuous breathing pattern, supported by music and my facilitation throughout.

We will start with sharing our intensions, experience the breath and close with another share over a cuppa and a snack to close the experience.

Conscious connected breathwork helps to tap into an altered state of consciousness that can have an incredibly healing potential. This practice can bring up physical sensations like tingling or numbness, facilitate release of emotions, memories, or can bring stillness—all experiences are valid.

This practice is suitable for beginners and those with experience alike. It's not about intensity. It's about being willing to feel what's here.
