Constellate.it. A monthly constellations workshop providing a safe and supportive space to explore the unseen patterns that shape our lives.

Constellations invite us to notice what we may be carrying for others, often across generations, and how inherited dynamics, entanglements, and loyalties can show up in our personal and professional relationships, affect our health, or influence our sense of belonging.

As what has been hidden or overlooked is gently brought into view, many people experience a sense of settling, greater clarity, and renewed movement and possibilites. Whether you bring an issue, take part as a representative, or simply witness the work you will take something useful away from the expereience .

Come with curiosity and be open to what wants to emerge as you reconnect with the heatlthy flow of life.

Constellations work is an opportunity for personal growth and transformation which many find can be a useful and settling process. It is important also to be aware that this is not therapy and it is not a substitute for therapy. If you have a sense that you might be destabilised by being in a space where you and/or others are exploring sensitive personal topics, this approach may not be for you.
