Description
An intermediate–advanced level contemporary class focused on precision, physicality, and movement efficiency. This session is designed for dancers seeking to deepen their technical rigour and expand their movement capacity in a focused training environment.

The class draws on Cunningham and Graham techniques to develop alignment, clarity, and control, and integrates principles from Gaga to support fluidity, responsiveness, and dynamic transitions into sequencing.

What you will train:
• Technique & alignment
• Floorwork & transitions
• Weight transfer & control
• Strength and conditioning
• Technical phrasework and sequencing

This is a technique-led class with an emphasis on detailed execution, physical awareness, and consistent progression.

Level
Recommended for intermediate to advanced dancers with some contemporary training.

About the teacher

Classes are taught by Keisha Grant, her touring Credits - ACE Dance and Music, Tavaziva Dance, State Of Emergency and Union Dance. Choregraphic commissions include: City Of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Laban Guild International, Sheffield Oratoria Chorus, Birmingham Council, Southward Council, Sandwell Council to name a few.
