All of the classes will be:

• Delivered in an interactive online classroom

• Have a maximum number of 12 delegates per class

• Available to book until Friday 8 January 2021

N.B. Classes will require a minimum number of delegates to run. If any class is under-subscribed all booked delegates will receive a full refund.

Invoices available on request subject to a valid credit account with BIGGA Ltd.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing.

Classes - no refunds will be given for any cancellation received after Sunday 10th January 2021.

Conference - no refunds will be given for any cancellation received after Wednesday 13 January 2021.

All cancellations will be subject to a £10 administration fee.
