The British and International Golf Greenkeepers Association (BIGGA) was created in January 1987 due to an amalgamation of the British Golf Greenkeepers Association, The English and International Golf Greenkeepers Association and The Scottish and International Golf Greenkeepers Association. Today BIGGA has around 6,000 greenkeepers and turf professionals as members, and membership is on an annual basis.BIGGA divides the UK into five Regions: Northern, Central, South East, South West & South Wales and Scotland & Northern Ireland. Each Region is covered by a  full-time membership services manager.

Continue to Learn is the educational part of the BIGGA Turf Management Exhibition (BTME) which is held in Harrogate each year.

There are events suitable for all levels of employees within the greenkeeping industry, from apprentices all the way through to golf club owners.Events are split into Conferences, Classes and Seminars.A great deal of time has been spent compiling the educational programme. Registration on Sunday and Monday is in the Queen&#x27;s Suite. Some education sessions will be held at The Crowne Plaza Hotel which is next to the Harrogate Convention Centre, therefore registration will take place in the lobby of the hotel. If you have registered to attend an education event, your badge will give you entry into the exhibition so you don&#x27;t need to register again.Can I pre-book tickets for the free Seminars?Seminars are now available to all attendees on a first come, first served basis and will be located in the Blue Zone. No pre-booking is required. Just turn up and pop on the headphones to listen to the free seminars.How will my data be used?Personal data submitted when registering for education or for the show will be stored securely by BIGGA. Your name and golf club will be shown on your delegate badge. Your name, club and email address may be supplied to the speaker of the educational event you are attending.
