Robert Storey has been an auditor for SER since 2012 and became joint Vice Chair of the Scottish Registration Board in May 2022. Robert is a Fellow of the Institution with over 45 years’ experience in the design and supervision of a broad range of building projects and was on the Working Group that helped produce the CQIC recommendations.
Iain Kent is Co-Chair of the CQIC and Commercial Director at Morgan Sindall Construction. Iain has been involved in the national discussions around construction quality since 2019 when the process to create CQIC and create a quality culture commenced. The CQIC engagement sessions identified CDP as a key issue which impacts upon construction quality and Iain led the team to undertake an industry wide survey on the use of CDP and produce recommendations for the sector to improve its use.
