We will explore common contractual issues, practical resolution techniques, and proportionate escalation. Attendees will gain confidence in working with delivery partners, managing risk, and applying clear, consistent approaches to restore momentum and achieve compliant, successful project outcomes.

• Understanding common contract management challenges in Warm Homes projects
• Practical steps to identify, document, and address performance issues
• Working constructively with delivery partners to resolve disputes
• Tools and approaches to bring delayed or at-risk projects back on track
