After the contrast therapy session, indulge in a mouthwatering Italian supper prepared by our wonderful local Italian restaurant, Amalfi.

This event is the perfect way to unwind and treat yourself to a night of pampering and good company.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need previous experience of contrast therapy?

No! Rose will be there to guide and supervise if you want advice and support. She will happily coach you to cold plunge, linking calm nasal breathing and keeping your mind focused.

Where do I park?

Park in the Egypt Mill Hotel pay and display car park next door, then walk round to Rose's.

Will dietary requirements be catered for?

Yes absolutely, just let Rose know yours.

Are there certain health conditions that are unsuitable?

Yes, certain heart conditions like previous heart attack or unregulated high blood pressure, epilepsy and pregnancy are not suited to doing contrast therapy.

What do I wear?

Arrive in comfy warm clothes with extra layers for afterwards. Wear swimwear in the sauna and cold tub. You may also wear a light sports top and sports shorts over your swimwear if you prefer.

What do I pack?

2x towels, flip flips or sliders, swimwear, warm socks, warm coat and layers, water bottle.
