Control Your eCommerce Data & Cost
Shopware United in the Nordics - Exclusive dinner in Copenhagen
An intimate evening for merchants who want to understand open source commerce from the people who've lived it, not the people selling it.
You're scaling. You're questioning your platform costs. You've heard the open source argument before, but usually from someone trying to sell you something.
This evening is different. A small group, a good meal, and a real conversation about data ownership, total cost of ownership, and what the next chapter of your commerce stack actually looks like.
Seats are limited to 15 people. Some are reserved for invited guests. The remaining seats are available to purchase at €500, which covers the full evening including dinner.
The evening
17:00 - Aperitivo & arrivals: Informal welcome, introductions, and a keynote on AI innovation in ecommerce to set the context for the evening.
19:00 - Dinner: Multi-course dining in an intimate setting. A merchant shares their own story — why they chose open source, what changed, what didn't. Then the table takes over.
21:30 - Close: No hard end. Conversations continue as long as they're worth having.
Who's in the room
Every person at the table, whether they bought a ticket or received an invitation, is here because they have something worth contributing. That's the only criterion.
Merchants: decision-makers at mid-market and enterprise companies actively thinking through their commerce infrastructure.
Partners: a handful of trusted ecosystem partners — present to contribute to the conversation, not dominate it.
No pitch: the format doesn't allow for it. Everyone's here to think out loud and leave with something useful.
Why €500 is worth it
- Access you can't buy elsewhere: The conversations that happen at a table of 15 don't happen at a conference of 1,500. The ticket price keeps the room serious.
- Peer-to-peer, not B2B: Hear directly from a merchant who's been through a platform migration — the real numbers, the surprises, the things they'd do differently.
- The open source question, answered honestly: What does data ownership actually mean in practice? What does it cost — and what does it save? The evening is structured around answering this without a filter.
- Copenhagen, in May: The venue is amazing, and the city sets the standard. Expect somewhere worth the evening.
