About this event
JTS and NCC (Fairtrade National Campaigner Committee) are thrilled to be hosting three cooking demos during Great Big Green Week, also known as Climate Fringe Week with the legend that is Sandy Docherty. Sandy took part in The Great British Bake Off 2015 and is a firm supporter of Fairtrade and will be cooking with JTS Fairtrade and organic pulses.
We want to invite you to attend, you can either cook a long with Sandy or just tune in and watch her create her magic. The recipe and ingredients list will be sent to those who register prior to the event.
Sandy (and you) will be making Cheese and Lentil Slice which is a dish suitable for all occasions.
