Join us for a deeply restorative evening of inner calm and vibrational healing. Stillness & Sound is a guided experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and release.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation to centre the mind and bring awareness into the present moment. Whether you're new to meditation or have a regular practice, this session will help ground you and open your heart to the healing experience to follow.
Following the meditation, you'll be invited to relax fully during a therapeutic sound bath. Using a blend of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, the sound bath will immerse you in waves of harmonic vibration, helping to dissolve stress, quiet the mind, and restore energetic balance.
What to Bring:
- Blanket and pillow for comfort (bring your own nest)
- A bolster/support cushion if needed
- Water bottle
- An open mind and a willingness to relax
No prior experience is necessary. Just come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
Please arrive at 7.15 for a 7.30pm start and wear comfortable clothing.
Please note that soundbaths are unsuitable for ladies in the first or last trimester of pregnancy, or if you have a pacemaker. If you have any concerns that you would like to talk to me about to check if a soundbath is suitable, please email me on donnaihmk@gmail.com.
Young people aged between 16 and 18 are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult.
