COVID-19 has brought with it increasing pressure, uncertainty and critically, rapidly changing circumstances. She trained as a lawyer in the City and worked as an in-house lawyer for 10 years including as Head of Legal for Virgin Radio and Ginger Media Group.Sophie also leads our Aspire networking group for junior in-house lawyers, mentors junior lawyers and works with schools and organisations to promote social mobility within the legal profession in partnership with Aspiring Solicitors and The Social Mobility Business Partnership. She trained at Steele &amp; Co (now Steeles Law) and worked at different firms before joining Radius in 2016.Louisa van Eeden-Smit, Head of Marketing, In-house Legal, LexisNexisLouisa leads marketing for the in-house legal community at LexisNexis. She joined the dedicated in-house team at LexisNexis five years ago and has a passion for driving and facilitating initiatives which are customer-focused at their heart. Her vision is to support in-house counsel succeed in their fast-evolving role based on deep insight, data analysis and best practice gathered across the in-house community.
