Costing, Pricing and Profit – Getting it Right
Business finance workshop with Josh Rees, Founder of BCDF.
Managing finances need not be a stressful process for new business owners - just a simple understanding of the key numbers will stand you in good stead.
This workshop will help to familiarise you with the key financial measures in your business, such as turnover, expenses and profit. It will cover how to accurately measure the true cost of delivering your product or service, help you to identify your break even point, and provide you with an evidenced-based rationale from which to base your pricing, in order to make a healthy profit.
Attendees will leave with an understanding of the role that different figures play in their business and how they can be interpreted to provide insights into the past, present and future of your business.
The session will be delivered by Josh Rees, Founder and Director of BCDF, who is a business finance specialist. Josh is an expert in funding for new and growing SMEs, who delivers practical insights to his clients on securing the right solutions at the right time.
