Transitions UK is an exciting charity supporting young people aged 14-25 years in ways that change their lives.We currently support young people who:-Have Learning Disabilities and Special Needs-Are at Risk of Offending or Criminal Exploitation-Are Leaving Care-Have Mental Health and Emotional NeedsPlease help us to support these young people, to ensure that they transition into healthy, inclusive, successful and happy adult lives!

How strong are you mentally and physically ! can you withstand the challenge? Can you be the one that comes out on top?
Transitions uk are running a Bootcamp Challenge , you will take on a circuit full of fun but challenging excercises and there will be a prize for the best competitors. The winners may be the last couple standing or you could be the highest scoring couple. 
Bottles of water will be supplied for all.
We need to raise as much funding as we can to insure the good work of transitions uk can keep expanding! 
 
You can do the event and pay your own way for £30 or even better for us you can raise sponsorship for us. 
If sponsorship is raised over £100 we can return your registration if you wish it.
