For Coventry Landlords looking for the Big Question for the Coventry Property Market for 2020 .... Is Landlord Licensing Happening?

Over a year ago, Coventry City Council announced they were considering both Selective and Additional Licensing Schemes.
Both of the schemes would have significant implications for all Coventry Investors and Landlords; either directly or indirectly.

Last year, Adrian Chowns (Head of Licensing), Steven Chantler (Senior Enforcement Officer) and Heenay Joshi (Coventry Estate Agent and member of the CWLEP Housing and Planning Group) arranged a series of consultations with Coventry Landlords and Residents.

The findings were reported to the Full Council, and the results are now back.

This seminar has been arranged for Adrian, Steven and Heenay to announce the changes which will come into effect from May 2020.

Taking part in a Questions and Answer session is included.

Dress Code is Business Casual.
