Learn how to save lives with CPR at our fun and informative event!

In support of Healthy Heart Month, come along to this CPR awareness event to learn life-saving CPR skills.

Date: Tuesday 24 February 2026

Time: Each session is 1 hour long: 10am -11am/11.15am -12.15pm/1pm -2pm/ 2.15pm - 3.15pm

Location: Sevenoaks Leisure Centre

Come along to this FREE CPR Awareness Event, hosted by Sevenoaks Medical Centre, at Sevenoaks Leisure Centre where we aim to equip you with essential life-saving skills.

Jamie Morrison, Lead Resuscitation Officer at KIMS Hospital and Sevenoaks Medical Centre, is a certified instructor and will lead this interactive session covering crucial topics such as:

  • Recognising a cardiac arrest
  • How to perform chest compressions
  • Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

You will have the opportunity to practice your new skills on a manikin and receive personalised feedback.

Our aim is for you to leave this session feeling empowered to respond confidently in a life-threatening situation.

Please note: this is an educational session only and does not include an official qualification in CPR.

Spaces are extremely limited so please ensure you cancel your ticket if you can no longer attend to allow someone else to learn to save a life.
