Kennington Council, with support from Kent Fire and Rescue, is hosting a free, in-person CPR training session.
Learn essential lifesaving skills in a fun, friendly and supportive environment. Whether you are a complete beginner or simply need a refresher, this session will give you the knowledge and confidence to act when every second counts.
What You'll Learn
- How to perform CPR
- What to do if someone stops breathing
- How to use a defibrillator (AED)
- What to do during the crucial first few minutes of a medical emergency
