HIC’s mission is to make life in Helsingborg easier for internationals, from understanding the city to navigating Swedish systems. In this event, we’re teaming up with Workie to focus on one of the biggest challenges: finding a job.
What is Rusta och matcha 2, and who is Workie?
Rusta och matcha 2 is a labour market service offered by Arbetsförmedlingen (the Swedish Public Employment Service) for job seekers who are entitled to participate. The service provides individual guidance, coaching, and contacts with employers and educational pathways to support participants towards work or studies.
Workie is a complementary actor to Arbetsförmedlingen, delivering the Rusta och matcha 2 service in the Helsingborg area. Once you have been assessed by Arbetsförmedlingen as eligible for the service, you can choose Workie as your provider.
At this event, you’ll get:

- Soft skills: how to communicate, follow up, and network “the Swedish way”
