Is this event suitable for children?

This is serious crafting! Of course, older children are welcome. We do not have the resources for younger children, and there will be lots of little bits and pieces for little children to accidentally swallow! We will have a different event aimed at children later on in the year.

Is there parking at the venue?

There is limited onsite parking. Please follow the signs. There is also parking available on the road outside the venue.

Will there be refreshments?

Tea, coffee, and cake will be available for a small donation

What if I don't want to attend the 3pm talk?

You don't have to! The talk will be in a separate room, and the crafting stations will be provided until 4pm.

Is the venue accessible?

A lovely afternoon of crafting! The Sir John Moore Foundation Museum has teamed up with the WI to provide this free event. There will be four stations to work your way around. All materials will be free. A talk by Museum Manager Sally at 3pm about the history of the building will round off the day.
