Seventeen Nineteen - Holy Trinity Church

<p>In this unique workshop we'll be repurposing fabric from a loved one- collecting and using fabric or clothes from a newborn baby, a departed friend or someone close to your heart we'll craft a traditional fabric bear. Over three weeks you'll cut and shape your fabric, stuff and embellish your bear and create a virtual archive of photos and stories to accompany your bear. </p><h3>The Details</h3><ul><li>This workshop will run on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible</li><li>This workshop is suitable for learners aged 16+. You'll need to be able to use a sewing machine but learners who haven't made toys or 3D projects will be supported throughout the workshop</li><li>You'll need to bring your sewing machine or let us know on your order form that you need to use one of ours</li><li>We'll have spare fabric in case you can't find enough fabric  you'd like to repurpose- otherwise you'll need roughly 3m of fabric, this can be stretchy, knit or woven.</li><li>All tools will be provided but you're welcome to bring your sewing basket and any embellishments you would like to include</li><li>This workshop is partially funded by National Heritage Lottery, to cover costs we ask that you pay the ticket price or use the Pay As You Feel ticket to pay something towards the costs of the workshop</li></ul>
