Use Sgraffito to Create a beautifully decorated, original bowl, beaker or plate.

Come join Elaine at John Lewis & Partners for a creative Ceramics workshop where you will develop the Sgraffito technique to create your own, original decorated functional Pottery piece that you will be able to use at home.

Develop your artistic skills as you imagine and then carve intricate designs into a layer of coloured clay to decorate a bowl, beaker or small plate. You will be able to add details with colourful slip and underglazes. This workshop could be where you develop the techniques that you learned in Elaine’s Decorate Sgraffito Pottery Tiles but no prior experience is necessary. Bring your creativity and enthusiasm, everyone will complete at least one piece. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unleash your inner artist
