🌈 Shine Bright – A Creative Day of Connection and Inner Reflection for Parent & Child 🌿
Crafted by Sarah-Joy (Life Coach) & Fiona (Glass Artist)
A soulful and joyful experience for pre-teens/teens and their parent or carer,
Because when we learn to shine our true light, we light up the world around us.
NOTE: 1 ticket covers the cost of 1 adult plus 1 young person, additional young person tickets are available at a cost of just £10 each but are limited.
✨ What if one afternoon could help your child (and you) feel more connected, calm, and confident – simply by being themselves?
In this unique and uplifting workshop, we invite you and your child to step away from the noise and expectations of daily life, and into a warm, creative space of togetherness, expression, and quiet joy.
Together, you'll explore:
- 💫 Being true to yourself – rather than shaping yourself to please others
- 💫 Reflecting gently inwards – guided by simple coaching prompts woven through the day
- 💫 Bonding without pressure – quality time that doesn’t need to be perfect, just real
- 💫 Mindfulness through making – working with your hands to calm the mind and open the heart
And you'll each create your very own fused glass suncatcher – a beautiful reminder to let your light shine.
🧡 Why this day matters...
As children grow into adolescence, the world begins to tell them who they should be. It’s easy to feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of how to support them.
This workshop offers a gentle, nurturing space for you both to pause, reconnect, and remember the joy of being exactly who you are.
Whether your child is struggling with confidence, always trying to fit in, or just needs space to express themselves safely – this is a time for you both to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
