• Light guided breathwork to begin

• Creative prompts to get juices flowing

• Time to work on your ideas

• Optional sharing (no pressure)

• Gentle coaching support available throughout

No experience needed.

Bring a notepad+pen, your ideas or just turn up! 🤗

All sessions run 1.30pm–3.30pm (fortnightly Wednesdays)

FREE taster sessions:

Session fee from May: £7 / £10 / £15 (accessible / standard / supporter)

If you’re a creative, whether you're currently working on a project, or you would like to create something new – I can help you to unplug and pour out your creative flow, through coaching techniques and practices, even if you’re feeling stuck.
