After a beautiful hot summer, it's time to knuckle down at work again and what better way to do that at Create? We have three epic speakers this month, David DiCara, Sarah Whelband and Janet Murray, all teaching you about knowing your customer and getting press coverage for your business.
First up is David, a former Kendo Dan 1st swordsman and lover of all things chocolate, with Do You Know What A Customer Is? So many businesses dive straight in to address creating their USP, doing a website, being on social media, “getting it out there”, advertising campaigns etc. How many actually understand what a customer is and why?
Next we have bubbly Sarah, a lady who can speak Swedish and is terrified of windy staircases, who will be teaching you about Copywriting For Your Business. Learn tips on how to write for your customer, how to get customers to take action, and some copywriting tips to implement in your business NOW.
Last, but not least we have awesome Janet, a keen runner who loves to read, who will be sharing her tips of How To Get Press Coverage For Your Business! You will learn how to approach publications and build relationships with journalists related to your industry.
