This session will introduce you to the steps required to create a wellbeing strategy to help your staff feel happy and healthy at work and perform at their best. Benefits to your organisation include increased profit and productivity and reduced absenteeism and presenteeism.
We will introduce you to our four-step approach which will support strategy development and help your organisation to meet and exceed national standards such as Thriving at Work and ISO45003. Areas covered will include staff engagement, psychosocial risk assessments, creating an environment where people flourish, culture, trust, leadership and how to measure impact. You will have the opportunity to interact with leaders and staff from other organisations and share good practice.
Above all, it will be time to reflect and will give you the space and time to create the first steps to improving the mental health and wellbeing or your workforce. As well as creating a relaxed enjoyable fun space which considers your own wellbeing too!

These webinars have been prepared in partnership between Ascent Wellbeing and People Power Performance. Ascent wellbeing supports organisations to create whole organisational wellbeing systems which adhere to national legislative guidance and good practice such as Thriving at Work and ISO45003. People Power Performance aims to help change the narrative for the world of work through people being at the forefront of powering performance and helps organisations to move individuals from good to great to exceptional. Both organisations also support organisations to develop the unique strengths of their people, drawing on the field of Positive Psychology, supporting staff to thrive and be the best they can be at work. Wellbeing and performance are intrinsically linked and to get the best from your people, they need to feel good and happy at work. These organisations have decades of experience in the areas of mental health and wellbeing, Positive Psychology, HR and Employee Engagement. Paul Hamlin, Director of People Power Performance and Georgina Clarke, Director of Ascent Wellbeing say:
“We have joint values to help people to be the best version of themselves, and to help organisations create environments where people are supported to flourish and perform at their best. We both see wellbeing and strengths as being a key part of this process and want to focus on helping leaders to engage staff effectively, understanding how to inspire staff to contribute their unique strengths, so as to create positive cultures and behaviours at work’
