Tired of surveys and focus groups ? Join this Masterclass and learn about innovative engagement methods and how to use them

This interactive session will be held over Zoom. Expert facilitators, presentations, case studies and online discussion boards will guide you through the session. There will be an opportunity to discuss further learning with peers in an exploratory follow up session on 6th July.
In this session we will consider where you might find the people you want to engage with, how to start your conversations, innovate and how to gather your data. You will leave with a practical action plan.
For everyone to have the same chance to lead a healthy life, regardless of where they live or who they are, we must understand what is getting in the way and involve people in solutions. But knowing what to do and where to start can be daunting. 
We’ve designed the Creating Community Conversations online learning programme to meet variety of learning styles. This new, NHS England funded programme gives primary care colleagues the knowledge and practical resources to connect with and work alongside local people and communities.

Your facilitators will be Lucy Armitage and Andy Hyde.
