This is a FULL DAY workshop focused on creating competency examples (working with the Civil Service Competency Framework). It will be of interest to current civil servants interested in gaining a better insight into how they can optimise their selection framing and drafting of competency based examples.
This is a practically based, hands-on workshop and will involve practical exercises on sifting examples both individually and as part of a group. It will finish up with a drafting exercise on producing an example for a ‘stranger’ using the STAR framework as a guide.
