Word is the main application, from the Microsoft Office Suite, that is used for creating documents such as letters, CV’s, reports, brochures and contracts. When used effectively Word can be a powerful tool to deliver a message, tell a story and illustrate facts using text, images and graphics. 
 
Word is the most popular tool for displaying text and it has evolved further by providing users with an array of functions and features to create beautiful and functional documents.
 
Word has a variety of features allowing users to:

Workshop Outline & Content
This workshop has been designed to explore the various features of Word and how to create structured documents that meet its intended purpose. You will be looking at designing and structuring concepts for reports, as well as managing images alongside text and working with Excel in Word.
 
As part of this workshop, there will be an opportunity to explore strategies for creating effective documents and an action plan to note follow on steps for future requirements to support your business needs.
 
During the session you will be looking at how to:

create word templates for contracts, procedures, and reports;

format a document;
</LI>
<LI>
develop the Page Layout using page breaks images and tables;
</LI>
<LI>
create a professional looking document using headers/footers and a content page;
</LI>
<LI>
insert a spreadsheet into a word document, and;
</LI>
<LI>
save a Word document as a PDF.
</LI>

Do you take photos at your events?
'Yes we do, as part of our marketing strategy, we regularly take photos during our events to use on our website, email newsletters, social media and other promotional materials. If you are not comfortable about being in our photos please specify in your order and remind us during the event so we do not include you.
 
Is there a cancellation charge?
No, however as we cover the full cost of running the event, we would appreciate 24 hours' notice or that you cancel your ticket 24 hours before the event, which will allow another business on our waiting list to take the space or for us to reduce our costs.
