Candle, candle burning bright... Bring colour into your life with handmade candles.WHAT'S THIS ALL ABOUT?Learn how to make Soy Wax candles, combining wax dyes with natural essential oils for an added aroma! Choose from a range of silicone moulds - geometric to curvaceous, pillar candles and candle sticks....or our favourite - the skull!

WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS WORKSHOP?Claire will take you through the steps of how to make a wick, make your tools to steady and attach the wick, heating the wax, the perfect melting temperatures and how to add and combine the dyes and essential oils safely and accurately. You will then select your own mould (2 x small, 1 x medium, 2 x candle sticks or 4 x mini-wishing stick candles) and create your own two or three layered candle/s.Any excess wax from your mixing will be used to also make your own 'wax melts' choosing from a range of silicon moulds (leaves, flowers, cubes and cactus shapes)Choose from a selection of essential oils for added aroma. From zesty. lemon to smokey cedar wood. You can choose between Soya Wax or bees wax. Claire, will guide you through this experience, giving you the confidence to return home to melt and pour at your leisure. Tables have never had it so good.

THE ALL IMPORTANT DETAILSLearning how to make candles is a rather delicious pastime. This class takes place in Kensal Rise and lasts for 90 zen minutes.For the best results the candles will need to remain in the moulds for several hours before extracting. The price includes postage of your candles to your home address within the week of the class taking place. <ul><li>Class sizes are kept to 10-12 people</li><li>Classes happen regularly on Tuesdays and Saturdays.</li><li>Use essential oils</li><li>2 x sticks, or one medium or two smaller….combining stripes of colour in several layers</li></ul>
