Creative Circles for collaboration and responsible deisgn

We're excited to invite you to the Launch of two new online courses that are coming this June 2022, funded by British Council through their Creative Communities Learning Labs.https://creativeconomy.britishcouncil.org/projects/creative-communities-learning-lab/At this launch event, we'll walk you through the two courses to optimize your learning experience and we'll also host a creative circle for hub leaders, facilitators and creatives who would like to connect and learn together. You have an option to attend the walkthrough alone and/or to join us in creative circles in the second part of the event. Date: Friday 24 June, 9-11AM UK time | 4-6PM PH timeCreative Circles: facilitating meaningful conversations around responsible design and creative collaborationsSchedule:9 AM - 10AM: Walk through of courses Facilitating Creative CollaborationsResponsible Design10 AM - 11AM: A Taste of Creative Circles Here’s a sneak peek of what you will gain from these new online courses:Facilitating Creative Collaborations will enable creative practitioners and creative hub directors to choose their own learning path just like the books that invite you to Choose your Own Adventure. Designed to be circular, take the quiz at the start to work our whether to begin with Part 1: Starting with where you are at, Part 2: Being open to others or Part 3: Creating conditions for generosity. Each part takes just under an hour to complete with suggestions of further activities to deepen your experiences and get the most from the course. Responsible Design for Meaningful ExperiencesHow might we build a better world through design? This course contextualizes concepts of diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and sustainability within the design and creative process. The goal is for learners to place a high value on these issues, and to think of action steps to incorporate responsible design in their respective creative practices.
