A morning of creativity for Social Prescribers and Community Connectors in Wales Bore o greadigrwydd i Ragnodwyr Cymdeithasol a Chysylltwyr Cymunedol yng Nghymru-J﻿oin us for a morning of creativity and connection.Dip your toe into something new and experience how the arts and creativity can support your own wellbeing - feel more relaxed and grounded, or inspired and uplifted. Y﻿ou can take part in 2 workshops and we will also be joined by Nesta Lloyd-Jones, Assistant Director at Welsh NHS Confederation and Emily van de Venter, from Public Health Wales who will tell us about their forthcoming Hapus campaign. O﻿nce you book your place, you will receive an email in January to make your workshop selection. W﻿e look forward to meeting you all then!C﻿hoose from 4 workshops: Friend of a Friend - Cyfaill Cyfaill A bilingual session with Ceri exploring how stories move , from contemporary tales and legends beyond the mythic.Ceri John Phillips is a Storyteller and Cyfarwydd for Bro Dinefwr.Helping the Helpers Jain will share some takeaway tools to ground, connect, nourish and support your own self-regulation and stabilisation so that you can understand on a deeper level what will bring you back into balance. Jain Boon is a Somatic Artist/Practitioner and is Co-Artistic Director of thisPlace - a trauma informed dance theatre company. She is currently in her Advanced year of training as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. V﻿isual PoetryA﻿lison will take you through a simple creative process to create your own visual poem. Reflecting on what's important to you now, you will use basic materials, paper, pens, colour pencils, magazines, found objects to create something personal. A﻿lison Moger is a textile artist who exhibits nationally and internationally. exhibiting nationally and internationally. Her work is inspired by her experiences as a child within the South Wales valleys and explores traditional stitch and print, reflecting on the working class values of community life with its humour and warmth.M﻿oving RespiteJ﻿oin Thania to explore how you can use dance and movement as part of your own self-care and how they can help you to avoid burnout. T﻿hania Acaron is Director of The Body Hotel and has worked with health and social care staff to deliver dance and movement workshops for staff wellbeing. Thania is a dancer, choreographer and dance movement psychotherapist and works as a lecturer in University of South Wales. L﻿law HaearnR﻿ound the morning off and stay on for a story from Ceri - Llaw Haearn - an epic folk legend from the Swansea Valley concerning a Wizard, a boy and the King of the Underworld; the tale of how the teller came by the tale is almost as good as the tale itself!----Ymunwch â ni am fore o greadigrwydd a chyswllt.Rhowch gynnig ar rywbeth newydd a phrofi sut mae’r celfyddydau a chreadigrwydd yn gallu cefnogi eich llesiant eich hun - i ymlacio a theimlo wedi’ch daearu, neu gael eich ysbrydoli a’ch dyrchafu. Artist Tecstilau yw Alison Mojer sy’n arddangos yn genedlaethol ac yn rhyngwladol. Ysbrydolir ei gwaith gan ei phrofiadau’n blentyn yng nghymoedd de Cymru ac mae’n archwilio pwythau ac argraffu traddodiadol, gan fyfyrio ar werthoedd dosbarth gweithiol bywyd cymunedol gyda’i hiwmor a’i gynhesrwydd.Seibiant SymudYmunwch â Thania i weld sut y gallwch ddefnyddio dawns a symud fel rhan o’ch hunanofal eich hun a sut y gallant eich helpu i osgoi lludded. Thania Acaron yw Cyfarwyddwr The Body Hotel ac mae wedi gweithio gyda staff iechyd a gofal cymdeithasol i gyflwyno gweithdai dawns a symud er llesiant staff.
