Creative dance workshop

Accessible to all, these workshops, not unlike picking fallen leaves to gather a treasure, will be a way to plug into the Autumn energies with a relaxing and nourishing practice. We will use its golden, vibrant and deep colours as well as other exploratory aspects to bring our bodies into movement. Poetic images that draw from other arts fields, crafts and practices will be used to help articulate a dance. Using improvisation, writing and drawing, composition, material and partner work, we will weave an imaginary sensory blanket to help shedding and get cozy for the winter to come.
