Rosemarie Fordham and Rosanna Cooper are Integrative Arts Psychotherapists passionate about bringing curiosity and creativity into our lives and relationships. We run freelance workshops as well as tailored wellbeing / art therapy sessions for organisations.We are passionate about providing safe spaces to unleash and explore free creative expression without the pressures of judgement, expectation or needing to be "technically good."Rosemarie is an Artist and Integrative Arts Psychotherapist working in private practise and with charities in London, both on a one to one basis and with groups. Qualifying in 2017, Rosemarie’s training at The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education helped to deepen her understanding and belief in the arts as a healing tool for growth and change. With a background in the creative industries and education, Rosemarie’s passion is for the arts, people, and the impact our environment plays in helping to understand, enjoy and develop our natural talents and abilities to live happy and fulfilled lives. Rosemarie is a mindfulness practitioner and incorporates mindfulness techniques into her work.Rosanna is an Integrative Arts Psychotherapist offering 1:1 sessions and running groups on a freelance basis. She currently runs 'Write From the Guts' online on Friday afternoons, a meditation and freewriting group. Rosanna has experience working privately, in the NHS and charity sector. She is passionate about bringing the benefits of spontaneous creative expression to the lives of adults. Play is a quality she feels should never be underrated as it opens up new possibilities and reminds us to stay in touch with the wonder of living. She emphasises that art psychotherapy is NOT about being “good” at art. The more we can let go of our attachment to the end product, the freer we can be to express ourselves with openness and curiosity.

<h3>Creative Discoveries – Five Elements Series</h3>For adults of all ages. No experience or ability with art necessary! No fancy art kit required – we will make with what we can find in our homes.Our Five Elements series provides creative community space to play, dream and explore our true nature. Join us to tap into intuition, imagination and explore our innate creative expression by curiously opening conversations with the moment by making with our hands.Rosemarie Fordham and Rosanna Cooper (Art Psychotherapists) offer you a safe, supported space where you can express, create and really be yourself, whether you think you are "arty" or not.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Session 5Element: EtherIn this workshop we use art and mark making to explore the place in between. We will allow ourselves to step into the emptiness, the sense of space, from which all of life emerges, connecting us to our innate inner wisdom. What to expectWe will ease into the online space with meditation, music and movement, before settling into a creative warm-up and longer art-making invitation, creating with whatever we can find in our homes. There will be space to share our makings, but no pressure to.Everything we offer is in invitation.This is the last in a series of 5 bi-weekly workshops. You are welcome to attend each on a stand alone basis or book for more than one.We will run the workshop via the Zoom online videoconferencing platform, which you can download for free. We will send joining instructions and a link to the session 2 days before the workshop via e-mail.Feel free to get in touch with any questions you may have or access needs.
