“Nature holds all the answers, go outside and ask some questions, open your heart and listen to the response.” Amethyst Wyldfyre

Join SPIRALS Founder - Artist and ‘Creative Flow Coach’ Anna for a peaceful riverside mini-retreat.

Connect with the soothing simplicity of nature and take some time to reflect away from the demands of daily life - supported by the gentle ebb and flow of the river. We’ll be inviting the wisdom of the river to guide us as we make space to listen to our intuition, tapping into our innate creative flow.

Time with the river will be followed by some simple (introvert friendy) coaching exercises and grounding meditative practices back at SPIRALS to work through creative blocks and make practical manageable steps forward.

A great event if you are navigating a creative transition or pondering a new project or direction and need some gentle guidance and support.

Leave with fresh insight and renewed inspiration.
