Creative Community Tech Fund (£5-£50k)

We're hosting a series of workshops to help you find out more about the Community Creative Tech Fund. Come along, meet the team, and get feedback on your application idea.

Join us for an informal session that will allow you to ask questions and get feedback on your application to the Community Creative Tech Fund.The Community Creative Tech Fund, in partnership with the Creative Communities Hub project is a fund to enable significant (£5k - £50k) capital investments in projects and communities that enable innovative creative activities, projects and entrepreneurship with data and data driven technologies. We have a total of £110k funding to allocate to these projects and hope to see proposals at a range of costs and ambitions, so that we can fund between 5 and 15 proposals. We will only be supporting proposals with a clear equality, diversity and inclusion impact, and particularly encourage and hope to see applications from communities and organisations that are under-represented in the creative industries and/or in the technology and innovation space.

At the end of the workshop participants should have a better understanding of the funding criteria and how to develop their applications.About Creative InformaticsCreative Informatics is a collaboration across the University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Napier University, Codebase and Creative Edinburgh. The Community Creative Tech Fund is taking place in partnership with the Creative Community Hubs project (based at WHALE Arts).Funded by the Creative Industries Clusters Programme managed by the Arts &amp; Humanities Research Council as part of the Industrial Strategy, with additional support from the Scottish Funding Council.
