Creative Journalling Workshop 

Leah owns and runs Be THE Bear Creative and lives in rural Herefordshire with her husband Chris and daughter Elsie and pesky labrador Binka. Leah has always loved drawing, writing and creating and set up an online shop on Etsy for her Illustrations over a year ago. Leah comes from a teaching background and her love of working with children and creating stories has led her along the path to Illustration and Journalling.

<P>In our ever busy, fast paced, screen filled world we need an outlet for “just” everyday life. To release stress, to declutter our minds and experience some slow living magic! This can be done with the Creative Journalling of words and pictures. The owner of Be the Bear Creative has set up these workshops to achieve just that. What does the Workshop involve? Explore learning about different Journalling techniques and styles to achieve specific goals like: event planning, health, transitions, problem solving, celebrating life and purely for creative expression. Discover the benefits of recording your thoughts, ideas and experiences and how it can enrich your mind, soul and self and how you can use it in many aspects of life. Experience how it can be useful as a mindful activity. Learn about Leah, the owner of Be THE Bear Creative and her “Journey to Journalling” as a Teacher, Author, Storyteller and Ilustrator. Enjoy a positive, inspiring atmosphere to create a piece of Journalling to take home with you to be proud of No prior writing, drawing or Journalling experience is necessary and all materials are provided.
