Creative Mashup FlowetryByWarda X WriteWithSara featuring Nomadic Libaax
Join us for an inspiring experience by FlowertyWithWarda and WriteWithSara FT Nomadic Libaax, a Rhythmic Assisted Poet & creative Curator.
FlowetryByWarda is a monthly poetry workshop at Redbridge Central Library, offering a calm space for creative expression and poetic flow.
Write with Sara is a monthly creative writing session held at Redbridge Central Library, where a group of aspiring writers meet and take part of part in fun creative writing exercises. With different themes every month.
Together, we are the creators of Creative Mashup, where we aim to bring along guests. Our first guest is:
Ali, also known as Nomadic Libaax, which translates to Wondering Lion is a British Somali Rhythmic Assisted Poet, who uses the mediums of rhythm and rhyme to create cinematic experiences. His work is centered around questioning all the intricacies that shape life into what it is, trying to widen perspective to understand the direction of intention.
He is an avid community activist facilitating workshops across the UK, from empowering youth to find their voice to tell their own stories, to leading projects to provide digital empowerment through upskill in areas such as emerging technology, supporting individuals and organisations to leverage understandings to design and build projects.
Nomadic Libaax is a Creative Curator at heart, supporting communities from underrepresented backgrounds to discover their power.
