Creative Project Surgery is a small-group problem-solving session for artists, creatives, filmmakers, writers, freelancers, social entrepreneurs and people with big ideas.

Bring a real project, challenge or opportunity you're working on. Together we'll explore what's getting in the way, identify practical next steps and help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Whether you're trying to:

• Develop a creative project
• Apply for funding
• Launch a new idea
• Overcome a creative block
• Build partnerships
• Turn a concept into something tangible
• Work out what to do next

this session is designed to help.

Each participant will have the opportunity to share their project and receive constructive feedback, ideas, resources and practical suggestions from the group and facilitator.

You'll leave with:

• Useful resources and signposting
• Connections with other creative thinkers

As part of the session, participants will receive a resource pack, a follow-up email summarising key discussion points and recommendations, and the opportunity to ask follow-up questions after the workshop.

Places are limited to five participants to allow meaningful discussion and individual attention.
