Creative Spaces Information Session

Creative Spaces Information Session

The Stove Network & CaféDumfries, Dumfries and Galloway
Thursday, Feb 19 from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm GMT
Overview

Join us for an informative session about the new 2026 Creative Spaces opportunities available.

Creative Spaces exists to support and celebrate creativity in young people across Dumfries & Galloway. We believe every young person has something to say — and when you’re given creative ways to say it, it can unlock confidence, connection, and new possibilities.

The Creative Spaces team is on your side! We’re here to help you feel confident applying to the 2026 programme and to make sure you’ve got all the info you need, so we’re inviting you to join one of our relaxed information sessions.

These sessions are all about making things clearer (and less scary). You’ll get a proper introduction to the Creative Spaces programme and how the application works, with Creative Producer Ali Pidsley talking things through and answering questions. One of the past Creative Spaces Associates will also join us to share what it’s actually like to be part of the programme.

We know showing up to stuff like this can feel a bit intimidating so we’re doing our utmost to keep things informal, friendly, and low-pressure. All you need to do is show up and bring any questions, big or small.

If you have any access needs for taking part, please email Ali Pidsley in advance at ali@thestove.org
