💃 Dance as a Path to Healing – Women’s Therapeutic Movement Workshop

Join us for a gentle, uplifting workshop where movement becomes a doorway to emotional release, grounding, and reconnection with your body. You don’t need any dance experience—just come exactly as you are. This session introduces authentic movement therapy in a safe, culturally sensitive space designed to support women’s wellbeing and confidence.

Throughout the workshop, you’ll be guided through simple, mindful movement practices that help ease tension and soften the weight of trapped emotions. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and supportive, with multilingual assistance available for those who need it. After the session, anyone wishing to receive one-to-one advice, holistic support, or signposting is invited to stay for an informal chat.

The workshop is facilitated by Monika Lenard, an experienced women’s group leader with over 20 years of practice in creating safe, trauma-informed environments for personal growth and community connection. Monika weaves together circle dances, breathing techniques, traditional folk music, and creative arts, offering an inclusive experience shaped by cultural heritage and holistic wellbeing.

Make Share Heal warmly welcomes women from Ukraine, Poland, and across Central and Eastern Europe, as well as local women navigating similar challenges. All women—migrant and non-migrant alike—are welcome to join. The project is designed to foster belonging, reduce isolation, and support mental health through creativity, movement, and meaningful connection.

This is a wonderful opportunity to try something new, meet kind and open-hearted women, and take time for yourself in a nurturing environment.

The workshop is free to attend, and refreshments will be provided.
Women aged 18–49 are welcome.

We look forward to moving, sharing, and healing together.
